Roc's Motor Rental Terms and Conditions

By renting a motorbike from Roc’s Motor Rental, the renter agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility to Rent

1. The Customer must be at least 18 years old.

2. The Customer must present a valid government-issued ID and a valid motorcycle driver’s license.

3. The name on the booking must match the person who will use the motorbike.

2. Rental Period

1. The rental period begins at the agreed pickup time and ends at the agreed return time.

2. Late returns may be charged an additional fee per hour or per day.

3. Extensions must be approved in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Booking and Payment

1. All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Payment must be made in full before or upon pickup, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Accepted payment methods include [cash / GCash / bank transfer / card].

4. Prices include normal usage but exclude fuel, penalties, and damages.

4. Security Deposit

1. A security deposit may be required before releasing the motorbike.

2. The deposit will be returned after the motorbike is inspected upon return.

3. Deductions may be made for:

   • Damages

   • Missing accessories

   • Traffic fines

   • Late return fees

5. Use of the Motorbike

1. The motorbike must only be used for legal purposes.

2. The Customer must:

   • Wear a helmet at all times

   • Follow traffic laws and regulations

3. The motorbike must not be:

   • Used for racing

   • Used for off-road riding (unless specified)

   • Sub-rented or lent to another person

4. Only the registered Customer is allowed to operate the motorbike.

6. Condition of the Motorbike

1. The motorbike is provided in good working condition.

2. The Customer agrees to inspect the motorbike before use.

3. Any existing damage must be reported before leaving the premises.

7. Fuel Policy

1. Motorbikes are provided with a certain fuel level.

2. The Customer must return the motorbike with the same fuel level.

3. Refueling charges may apply if returned with less fuel.

8. Damage, Loss, and Theft

1. The Customer is responsible for:

   • Any damage during the rental period

   • Loss or theft of the motorbike or accessories

2. In case of an accident, theft, or breakdown, the Customer must:

   • Inform Roc’s Motor Rental immediately

   • File a police report if required

3. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the Customer.

9. Accidents and Liability

1. The Customer rents the motorbike at their own risk.

2. Roc’s Motor Rental is not liable for:

   • Injuries

   • Accidents

   • Loss of personal belongings

3. The Customer agrees to hold the business harmless from claims arising from use of the motorbike.

10. Insurance

1. Basic insurance coverage, if any, will be explained before rental.

2. Insurance does not cover:

   • Reckless driving

   • Driving under the influence

   • Unauthorized use

3. The Customer may be liable for all costs not covered by insurance.

11. Cancellations and No-Shows

1. Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the rental date.

2. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a partial or full charge.

3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 1-3 business days.

12. Termination of Rental

Roc’s Motor Rental reserves the right to terminate the rental immediately if:

• The Customer violates these terms

• The motorbike is misused

• False information was provided

No refund will be issued in such cases.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By signing or completing a booking, the Customer confirms that they:
